A few adorable penguins get birdnapped from the Bronx (or Brooklyn, I forget) Zoo and offered as presents to Jodie Foster, the object of an ex-con's creepily obsessive affection. Lots of strange twists and turns in a movie that reminds me of the Coen brothers.
